BRAND MANAGER

TASKS

· Participate in the preparation of the brands’ annual sales plan, monitoring the achievement of results

· Developing the brands’ strategic marketing plan on a channel and brand specific basis

· Develop the annual sales and promotional strategy at brand and partner level

· Full responsibility for the preparation and evaluation of marketing and media plans and reports

· Planning the annual marketing budget, creating the marketing mix, efficient use of the budget and controlling it

· Preparation, approval, implementation and reporting of launch plans

· Maintaining the brands’ product and POS assortment

· Participation (depending on brand and category) in international strategic and operational marketing tasks

· Responsibility for keeping the contact with suppliers

· Monitor competition, prepare analyses

· Participation in primary internal and external training courses, seminars and conferences

YOUR PROFILE

· You have a completed degree in marketing or in a relevant field

· You already have professional experience and a good understanding of marketing basics and marketing tools

· You have very good language skill in English (B2-C1)

· You are good with Microsoft Office, especially with Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

· You are open, proactive, independent, reliable, and like to take responsibility for your projects

· You are a team player and open for new challenges

· You have a flexible personality and excellent communication skills

· You are interested in the cosmetics and beauty market
