Your responsibilities:
- Define and implement the annual marketing strategy for assigned brands, in alignment with global and supplier guidelines
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and operational activities and initiatives
- Manage the full A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget for the assigned brands, ensuring cost-efficiency and strong ROI
- Prepare business reviews, performance presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners while effectively representing the company’s interests
- Plan and execute product launches, including comprehensive launch strategies for retail
- partners and internal teams
- Coordinate 360° marketing activities across ATL and BTL channels- including TV, digital,print, events, and trainings for staff/partner trainings
- Lead PR initiatives by developing brand-aligned PR strategies, managing media relations, and organizing press events
- Monitor marketing performance through regular reporting (sell-out analysis, ROI, budget reports, post-campaign evaluation)
- Stay ahead of market trends by continuously researching emerging brands, category innovations, and cutting-edge marketing tools
- Identify and propose trendy, relevant brand opportunities to expand the portfolio and strengthen our market position
- Present key insights and recommendations
Your profile:
- You hold a degree in marketing or a related field
- You have 4–5 years of relevant professional experience and a solid understanding of core marketing principles and tools
- You speak English fluently (at least B2–C1 level)
- You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint • You are open-minded, proactive, reliable, with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you’re always ready to take on new challenges
- You have excellent communication skills and a flexible, adaptable mindset
- You have a genuine interest in the cosmetics and beauty industry
What is a plus:
- PowerBI knowledge
- Experience in FMCG is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role
