Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing the company’s financial, accounting, and bookkeeping processes
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the finance team (4-5 members)
• Preparing and analyzing annual and monthly financial closings
• Ensuring tax compliance and liaising with authorities
• Budget planning and developing financial strategies in collaboration with management
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and statements to the management team

Expectations

• University degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chief accountant and fluency in English (business level)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
