HR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing, monitoring, and continuously analyzing the company’s HR strategy
  • Designing and implementing workforce planning processes and succession programs
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of talented professionals
  • Leading subordinates, organizing HR tasks, and supporting efficient operations
  • Coordinating onboarding processes and mentoring systems
  • Operating modern performance evaluation and reward systems
  • Conducting exit interviews to reduce turnover and implementing improvements based on feedback
  • Handling organizational development and change management tasks to support company growth
  • Developing HR regulations and ensuring legal compliance across all operational areas
  • Providing HR advice and support to management, ensuring effective team performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education in HR or a relevant field
  • Active business English proficiency at least at B2 level
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership
  • Deep expertise in labor processes and legal compliance
  • Strategic thinking and business mindset
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively and work well under pressure
  • Technological proficiency
