This role covers the full range of responsibilities including growing the company’s revenue and profitability by ensuring that key accounts are satisfied with our goods & services, listing the brands in our portfolio and identifying new business opportunities for key clients.

· As the key owner of the customer relationships, you will create, develop and nurture relationships with key account teams to understand their business goals, strategies, and challenges

· You will act as the key account teams trusted advisor, owning and managing all aspects of the customer relationship

· You will design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company’s sales targets and drive profitable business growth

· You will analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored customer specific solutions for your key accounts

· You will lead annual negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions with key accounts to maximize profitability and ensure win-win outcomes

· You will manage contract agreements, including renewals, amendments, and monitoring of contractual obligations

· You will expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· You will develop and execute the customer strategy and business plan for the categories included in the position

· You will monitor customer performance by tracking business performance and market share for the given categories, collect market insights

· You will orchestrate the yearly negotiation process



· You have a completed degree in business administration, sales or relevant field

· You have minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the FMCG industry

· You have very good language skills in English (B2-C1); ideally also speak another foreign language such as German, Italian or Hungarian

· You are good with Microsoft Office, especially with Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

· You are open, proactive, independent, reliable, and like to take responsibility for your projects

· You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building strong and long-lasting relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

· You have negotiation skills creating win-win solutions

· You have strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

· Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

· You have a flexible personality and excellent communication skills
