Key Account Manager Assistant

As a Key Account Manager Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support our commercial  team’s work through reports, assortment management, coordination of product listings and  delistings, and administration of promotional pricing. You will also take part in the preparation  of sales support materials, order and stock checks, and the management of various  commercial platforms. This position is ideal if you work precisely and in a structured manner,  and are motivated to become a key figure in daily operations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Preparing commercial reports

  • Maintaining product assortment

  • Coordinating product listings and delistings, preparing listing sheets

  • Conducting price surveys for both our own and competitor brands

  • Administering and analyzing promotional pricing

  • Checking orders 

  • Issuing testers and product samples 

  • Preparing stock reports

  • Preparing sales support materials

  • Organizing and analyzing sales competitions

  • Updating tester order sheets

  • Supporting promoters by creating commercial guidelines

  • Maintaining the internal company webshop, uploading new products, registering new  users, setting promotional prices

  • Collecting monthly secondary placement suggestions

  • Gathering monthly commercial partner flyer offers

  • Liaising with sales representatives

 

Expectations

 

  • Higher education degree in commerce or other relevant field 

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales assistance 

  • Active intermediate English skills, both written and spoken 

  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to work independently and precisely 

  • Open-minded, goal-oriented, flexible, team player personality 

  • Willingness to learn and develop 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong organizational skills

 

What is a plus

 

  • Experience in the FMCG sector

  • Power BI knowledge
