YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Master Data Coordinator will be directly responsible for managing the overall process and systems behind the creation, implementation and maintenance of master data management solutions that enable the organization to optimize business analytics and capabilities. He/she will oversee the processes that analyse and enrich master data elements and optimise the flow of different types of data between relevant users and key stakeholders.

• Create and enforce policies for effective data management
• Develop processes for data management and analysis, taking into account all technical aspects
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of the company’s master data set
• Establish policies and procedures for sharing data with senior management, staff and external stakeholders
• Supporting others in the day-to-day use of data systems, assisting in the preparation of reports and extraction of data as required
• Oversee projects to improve data management processes
• Work with multiple markets and third parties as required

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in the management and analysis of master data
• High level of MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of various ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to set priorities
• At least intermediate English knowledge

WHAT IS A PLUS

• Knowledge of the Vectory ERP system
• Excellent project management skills and experience
• University/college degree in a related field
• Proficiency in other programs (Access, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
