As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing analytical operations, developing automated reporting, optimizing data processes, and supporting commercial teams in strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities
- Participation in annual business planning and budgeting, tracking performance and preparing reports
- Supporting sales and marketing teams with analyses and decision-support reports
- Acting as a liaison and collaborating closely with finance, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Developing and automating reporting and data collection processes
- Continuously optimizing reporting structures and data workflows
- Standardizing reports across business areas
- Serving as an internal Power BI and Excel expert: user support, knowledge sharing, and trainings
- Preparing and maintaining ad-hoc and regular reports
- Integrating multiple data sources and building self-service dashboards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant Power BI experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
- Solid command of English, both written and spoken
- Analytical, systems-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, growth-oriented attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and openness to teamwork
- Willingness to work from our Budapest office (Király Street) 2–3 days per week
